Transnational Partners' Meetings
To ensure project success and effective international collaboration, five Transnational Project Meetings will be organised during the project lifecycle.

Real tests in clubs/organisations
Four partners will test the developments of the project, analysing the implementation in sporting events of people with disabilities as volunteers. Four pilot tests will be carried out, with a multisport perspective. The entire volunteer cycle will be analysed, with the aim of generating an optimal experience for all parties involved. It will ensure the perfect implementation of the different phases of volunteering, from the registration process and training to the evaluation and recognition of volunteers' skills.

Global Information Campaign
By developing a shared campaign between the consortium and external partners to inform volunteers, clubs or sports organisations about the core of the project, their rights and
responsibilities, the project partners aim to raise awareness and ensure that local and global stakeholders understand the challenges and opportunities posed by the project.
The information campaign will include a series of online and offline activities that will disseminate appropriate messages across Europe regarding the right of people with disabilities to be full members in all areas in general and as sports volunteers in particular.
National Conferences
The project will include six national conferences, which constitute unique spaces for the dissemination of the project's objectives and results. Generating a preferential place for sports and third sector entities working for the full inclusion of people with disabilities. This open space for debate aims to improve existing programs and stimulate innovative ideas in the field of social inclusion and sports volunteering. In addition to panels led by experts, attendees will have the opportunity to develop their skills and best practices in the field of sport.
